About Outdoor Activities
Outdoor activities involve various risks.
Our tours are intended for people with general physical ability, who are able to manage their own safety, understand outdoor activities, and are able to act in a group.
All participants must review the plan details, characteristics, and precautions on this website in advance and participate of their own volition.
If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, such as your physical strength or physical condition, please refrain from participating.
The person making the reservation is responsible for sharing this information with all participants.
The way to join the tour

*Proxy bookings and dummy entry of booking information are not permitted.
*Please note that the address and phone number entered must be for your residence, not the accommodation you are staying at.
>The address must include all details from the street number onwards (such as the lot number, building name, and room number).
*If there are any errors or doubt in your reservation information, your reservation will be invalidated.
*Please keep your customer number provided at the time of booking, as it will be required when making inquiries.
When making inquiries or cancelling, please be sure to include your customer number and name when contacting us.
*Temporary reservations or duplicate reservations cannot be accepted. In principle, reservations with the same plan or overlapping dates and times will be cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply. If you would like to participate in the same plan multiple times, please contact us through your My Page immediately after making each reservation.
*Brokered reservations and reservations for commercial or resale purposes are strictly prohibited. If this is discovered, your reservation will be invalidated.
As this is an outdoor activity, it is essential that all participants understand the characteristics, risks, and precautions of the tour and apply for it.
We do not allow transfer of reservations (for example, if you can no longer attend but would like to give your seat to a friend).
*We cannot put you on a waiting list for cancellations, notify you when seats become available, or accept requests to change the date and time.
*If you are participating as a group of two or more people, please apply as a group, including everyone's information.
If each person applies separately, they may be split into different groups on the day of the tour.
*Plan applications are only accepted through the reservation form on our website. Applications via email, phone, or fax are not accepted.

*Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought in. Please leave your luggage at your accommodation or in a coin locker before the meeting time.
*Eating is not permitted in the shuttle van. Please be sure to finish your meal before the meeting time.

Payment

Instant Booking: Payment is made online at the time of booking by credit card or through a buy now, pay later service.

Cancellation Policye
7-4 days before the tour date : 30% of tour fee.
3days - the day before the tour date : 50% of tour fee.
Tour date* : 100% of tour fee.
(When the tour is cancelled because of bad weather, we don't take charge of it.)
Please complete the cancellation procedure through your My Page. A cancellation fee may apply according to the cancellation policy for each plan. Cancellations made after 7:00 PM will be treated as cancellations made on the following day.
*If a cancellation policy is specified for each plan, the policy of the individual plan will take precedence. Please contact us through your My Page.
*Cancellations made after 7:00 PM JST will be processed the next day.
*If you do not contact us and do not participate, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price will be charged.
Insurance
All customer participate in our tour take out insurance.
*When you are hurt intentionally, it is not applied.
Participation agreement
All participants in outdoor walking tours are required to review and sign a participation agreement. Printing out and completing the consent form in advance and bringing it with you will simplify preparations for your departure. Please hand the completed participation consent form to your guide on the day of participation.

About wear
We do the guide tour rain or shine. We don't have rental rain wear, boots, gloves and showes. Please come in suitable clothes for comfortable walk.
Our guides are all Japanese
There is no guide who can speak English. We will guide it by Japanese ,a little bit English and the gesture. The tour will be mixed other Japanese group.

This is the Nature Tour
1,All participants sign the insurance before the tour. However, this is the "nature" tour, so please join & enjoy the tour at your own risk.
2,Even our guide mentioned "we may see ○○", this is not the confirmation we all can see ○○.
3,Please feel the nature as much as possible. However, please do not forget consideration towards the nature.
*Tour may be cancelled due to weather or forest conditions.
Don't Feed the Wild Animals.
Please KEEP wild animals to be WILD.
You might be able to see Yezo deer, foxes and brown bear.
DO NOT feed them if they looks so week and hungly.
In addition, it is dangerous to approach a wild animal.
They might have something kind of germs.
Please promis to DO NOT FEED them to lose an unfortunate accident, to STOP death of an unfortunate wild animals.
