Outdoor activities involve various risks.
Our tours are intended for people with general physical ability, who are able to manage their own safety, understand outdoor activities, and are able to act in a group.
All participants must review the plan details, characteristics, and precautions on this website in advance and participate of their own volition.
If you have any concerns about your physical or mental health, such as your physical strength or physical condition, please refrain from participating.
The person making the reservation is responsible for sharing this information with all participants.
The way to join the tour

*Depending on the amount and number of people, we may ask you to pay in advance.
*Please note that the address and phone number entered must be for your residence, not the accommodation you are staying at.
*Please make sure to write down the reservation number (an 8-digit number starting with 5) that is listed in your "Reservation Confirmation Email."
When making inquiries or cancelling, please be sure to include your reservation number and name when contacting us.
*Reservation requests for the purpose of tentatively holding a reservation cannot be accepted.
As a general rule, reservation requests for tours with the same content or overlapping dates and times will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be incurred.
If you would like to participate in the same tour more than once, please write so in the notes section when making your request.
*Brokered reservations and reservations for commercial or resale purposes are strictly prohibited. If this is discovered, your reservation will be invalidated.
As this is an outdoor activity, it is essential that all participants understand the characteristics, risks, and precautions of the tour and apply for it.
We do not allow transfer of reservations (for example, if you can no longer attend but would like to give your seat to a friend).
*Dates and times that cannot be selected on the reservation form are fully booked and cannot be reserved.
We cannot put you on a waiting list for cancellations, notify you when seats become available, or accept requests to change the date and time.
*If you are participating as a group of two or more people, please apply as a group, including everyone's information.
If each person applies separately, they may be split into different groups on the day of the tour.
*Tour applications are only accepted through the reservation form on our website. Applications via email, phone, or fax are not accepted.

*Large luggage such as suitcases cannot be brought in. Please leave your luggage at your accommodation or in a coin locker before the meeting time.
*Eating is not permitted in the shuttle van. Please be sure to finish your meal before the meeting time.

Payment
Cash or various credit cards and electronic payments are possible.
Please pay to the guide on the day. Please have the exact amount ready because I don’t want to carry change.
*Depending on the number of people and the amount of money, we may ask you to make a payment in advance.
In that case, your reservation will be confirmed after we confirm your payment.
Cancellation Policye
7-4 days before the tour date : 30% of tour fee.
3days - the day before the tour date : 50% of tour fee.
Tour date* : 100% of tour fee.
(When the tour is cancelled because of bad weather, we don't take charge of it.)
When you cancel your tour, please let us know as soon as possible.
*Cancellations made after 7:00 PM JST will be processed the next day.
*If you do not contact us and do not participate, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price will be charged.
Insurance
All customer participate in our tour take out insurance.
*When you are hurt intentionally, it is not applied.
About wear
We do the guide tour rain or shine. We don't have rental rain wear, boots, gloves and showes. Please come in suitable clothes for comfortable walk.
Our guides are all Japanese
There is no guide who can speak English. We will guide it by Japanese ,a little bit English and the gesture. The tour will be mixed other Japanese group.
This is the Nature Tour
1,All participants sign the insurance before the tour. However, this is the "nature" tour, so please join & enjoy the tour at your own risk.
2,Even our guide mentioned "we may see ○○", this is not the confirmation we all can see ○○.
3,Please feel the nature as much as possible. However, please do not forget consideration towards the nature.
*Tour may be cancelled due to weather or forest conditions.
Don't Feed the Wild Animals.
Please KEEP wild animals to be WILD.
You might be able to see Yezo deer, foxes and brown bear.
DO NOT feed them if they looks so week and hungly.
In addition, it is dangerous to approach a wild animal.
They might have something kind of germs.
Please promis to DO NOT FEED them to lose an unfortunate accident, to STOP death of an unfortunate wild animals.
